Elvish Yadav Faces Legal Trouble Over Alleged Threats Against Maneka Gandhi’s NGO Members

Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber and social media influencer, has landed in legal trouble after being accused of threatening members of People for Animals (PFA), an NGO led by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi. The accusations were brought forward by Saurabh Gupta, a member of the organization, who claimed Yadav and his associates harassed him and his family.

The Allegations

The controversy began on May 10, 2024, when Gupta alleged that Elvish Yadav and his group followed him in multiple vehicles and trespassed into his residential complex in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, around 1:30 AM. Gupta stated that Yadav and his associates loitered in the parking lot for nearly 10 minutes before leaving. Gupta also suspects someone within the residential complex might have helped Yadav gain access.
Gupta further claimed that ever since he filed the initial complaint, both he and his brother have been receiving threats from Yadav and his supporters on social media platforms. He alleged that the threats forced them to deactivate their Facebook accounts. Additionally, Yadav is accused of posting a video where he allegedly threatened to kidnap and harm Gupta.

Court Orders Action

Following Gupta’s allegations, a court in Ghaziabad has ordered the police to register an FIR against Elvish Yadav. This case has escalated amidst earlier allegations from Maneka Gandhi herself, who accused Yadav of being involved in the illegal trade of snake venom. Gandhi called for Yadav’s immediate arrest, stating that his actions pose a significant threat.

In a public statement, Yadav asserted his innocence and claimed that the allegations are part of a targeted campaign against him.
