After the implementation of the new CPC, DA begins from 0% and rises twice a year. After DA reaches above 25%, HRA hikes to:
1. X-Class: 27% → 30%
2. Y-Class: 18% → 20%
3. Z-Class: 9% → 10%
Thus, your salary goes up again every 6 months with DA increments. TA also becomes DA-applicable, increasing your salary once more.

➡️ In the beginning, same slabs can remain. But with increases in DA, HRA slabs increase and TA receives DA too.
