And its battery also used to last very long, the company used to accept battery power up to 120-130 kilometers and its top speed was also much more than the ordinary battery scooter, due to which the youth were also very curious about it, but gradually its sales started decreasing, let us know. 1. Advance feature curse
Due to providing more advanced features by Ola company, Indians did not like some features of the scooter like lock before turning on the scooter, due to which people started going back towards scooters with simple battery because those scooters were understandable in terms of their operation and features
2. After marketing service
The second reason is the after service by Ola company, due to which its service is always done by the company people only, because even small mechanics do not understand its features and technology and the after service of Ola is not good in many places. Due to which the customer faces problems and due to lack of service center in the village the villagers have to come to the stock and get it serviced.
3. Heatup problem
Ola scooter caught fire a lot. The reason for this is said to be the battery getting overheated due to which the customer is worried about the safety of himself and his family and does not go towards Ola scooter. This problem has been seen in many scooters of Ola which also has a lot of impact on the selling.
4. Screen problem
Ola give broad screen in ola scooter with full advance feature all of thing are controlled by screen which was create a trouble because sometime Screen do not work propaly create leg on touching and also in summer cause of sunlihght screen will more heatup and do not work for sometime.
5. Battery percentage
In Ola battery percentage areshow with range of how many Km scooter running but range is not pratical because it show 10-15 km ddifference which was do not accepted from Ola company.
